Our Background & Philosophy
21st century education carries with it a mix of new challenges and promising tools. Middle of the World Presenline Spanish School (MoftheW) offers a flexible program, innovative techniques and fresh methodologies. At the core of our mission, lies our commitment to providing an engaging, friendly, respectful and rewarding learning environment. MoftheW started as an online Spanish school in 2008. Many students from all over the world have been helped to achieve their goals in the Spanish language learning.
This school helps to fund some social projects (profit for non-profit- YOU HELP ME TO HELP). Since 2008 the founder Cecilia Guerrero, has achieved many social ventures like: Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities called Cecit. Currently, this Mofthew supports programs in the Ecuadorian Rural Communities.
Our vision: We believe that learning a language is a journey for this reason we envision to make a very friendly school that instead of students we call friends where we can transform language-learning into an enrichment experience including a trip to the country, where they can socialize all learned.
Methodology
Classes are led by native teachers for 60 minutes long. They are organized according to the level and interests of participants in order to achieve the best possible learning results for everyone. During the class, your teacher will encourage to the student to participate, so that everyone makes progress. For example, by going over exercises or making questions, students should easily retain the content of the class.
Material
Learning materials are included, besides your teacher will prepare a class based on your personal needs and during the class.
You will receive direct explanations, correction and feedback in order to instantly improve your language skills.

In our 60-minute private/group classes students are able to learn intensively with a private teacher. We focus on each student's individual level, interests, and goals, private classes are the most effective way to achieve impressive learning results in a shorter period of time.
Group classes are held in easy-to-use virtual classrooms through SKYPE, ZOOM. It enables teachers and students to interact in real-time. By chatting, seeing, hearing, and talking to each other, as well as sharing MoftheW's learning materials.

Whether for students are just beginning their language studies, or for more advanced students, there are classes to suit everyone at Immersion. Classes are offered across the areas of grammar, speaking, listening and writing, with a broad range of topics (sports, politics, literature, etc.) and at all learning levels and different courses.

This course has been highly recommended for senior people, business and housemothers who are getting back to learn Spanish and they want to go slowly. Also this course is good for advanced students who would like to keep up with the language. We set a schedule of 30 minutes sessions, 3 days a week.
Soft Learner

This course has been highly regarded by countless students throughout the years, and has provided the perfect foundation to enter the next level of learning. This course has been designed for those people who have plans to do some activities in a Spanish speaking country like business people, people with romantic relationships, retiring, investing or for tourism. Aggressive Learner

Through this course, students have the opportunity to push their skills beyond their goals, techniques and confidence to a new level in a fun and a dynamic way. This course is designed for someone who has an event coming up and needs the language immediately or simply for someone who wants to invest their time on a daily basis. This course has been the most entertaining class for us, because this has opened us to creative moods with songs, games, colors, stories and so on. I have taken classes off and on from Cecilia for about 8 years. She has always been very flexible scheduling classes and adjusting her curriculum around my current proficiency level. In all that time, each class I've taken has been high quality, challenging, and a lot of fun. She is very light on her feet, there is always a lot of laughing during a class, but you learn a lot and always walk away with some interesting homework. Usually she'll ask you to research or write about something pertinent to you. Whatever you want to get out of taking classes here Ceci will help you reach. She'll push you but she's so good natured you'll be happy to work hard and learn a lot. Every time I go to Latin America I get compliments and I'm grateful to have met Ceci. She's awesome!
